Written over the course of fifteen years, The Heart of a Warrior contains a hundred essays by widely read author Ken Harding, covering every important aspect of taijutsu training.  Drawing from the teachings of those who have gone before, Shidoshi Harding has forged concepts from the fire of constant training and persistent study.  He has also extensively researched the old masters such as Musashi, Yagu, Soho, Suzuki, Sun Tzu and others who lived the warrior life.

This book is on the recommended reading list of many Budo Taijutsu Dojo, and several instructors have made it required reading in their schools.  It is meant to be read over and over again, and each time new understanding is revealed. The book is on CD-ROM, in PDF format. A computer with Adobe Acrobat Reader (included) is required to view or print the book.

The book is available to students who are actively training.
